How do I reserve a unit at Upperhouse?
To reserve a unit at Upper House, register your interest or contact us to schedule a private showflat viewing. Upon selecting your preferred unit, you will be issued an Option to Purchase (OTP) and are required to pay a 5% booking fee. The remaining 15% of the downpayment is due upon signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement within 3 weeks. All purchases are at Direct Developer Price with no agent commission payable by the buyer.

The Upperhouse balance units chart is updated regularly to reflect the latest sales activity. As units are reserved and sold, the chart is refreshed to show current availability. What percentage of Upperhouse units have been sold?
Upper House achieved a strong 54% take-up on launch day in July 2025, with 162 of 301 units sold at an average price of $3,350 psf. Since then, additional units have been sold progressively. Can I view the showflat before reserving a unit?
Yes. The Upper House showflat is available for viewing by appointment. You can visit the showflat to view the actual unit finishes, layouts, and fittings before making a purchase decision. There is no obligation to purchase. Book a private showflat appointment to secure your preferred viewing time.
Is there any commission payable when buying Upperhouse?
No. All purchases at Upper House are at Direct Developer Price. Buyers do not pay any agent commission or service fees. You will receive the same official pricing from the developer regardless of how you register.
